Karianne Saether is a graduate from the well-known London art and design school Central Saint Martins. After graduation, she embarked upon a career as a graphic designer and for many years struggled to find the right bag for her much used (and loved) lap top. Never finding the right bag to match her style and her needs, she set upon a path to design one herself. Thus Moolight was born and now everyone can find a fabulous way to carry their computer around. Karianne brings many talents to Moolight. When she is not dreaming up new collections, she particpates as a board member for Sierra Leone´s Venner (“Friends of Sierra Leone”), a foundation dedicated to bettering the lives of amputees and their families through improved housing. Karianne has also recently graduated to her first white belt in When Chun martial arts. She currently lives in Norway with her 3 year old son.
Erik Sand is a graphic designer who on his sparetime loves to do Ashtanga Yoga and Free Climbing. He lives in a place called Kolbotn, just outside of Oslo, Norway with his two kids, his wife, and a dog called Gioia. Grete Sivertsen who is in fact Eriks wife, is the last member of the Downward Cow family. Grete is aslo a graphic designer but now a days she works as manager/consultant in a large PR/Info company. They have a lot of things in common of course, but it was their mutal interrest in Ashtanga Yoga and design that made them come up with the idea to make «the best yogabag in the world». Kariannes talents made it happend, and the birth of another MOO baby is a reality. DOWNWARD COW is a proud member of the MOO heard, the rest are more into business and holidays, go check them out if you like:)
